Songwriter: Dayna Shereck
Dayna Shereck is a Toronto-based country and Americana songwriter whose work moves between Toronto, Nashville, and Prince Edward County. Over the past decade, she has built a collaborative songwriting career grounded in classic country storytelling and modern Americana grit.
Her songs have earned international recognition, including multiple International Songwriting Competition semi-finalist and finalist placements, and have appeared in film and on independent releases with airplay on CBC Country, SiriusXM, the BBC, and radio across Canada and the U.S. She has released three EPs, with the latter two receiving national airplay on CBC Country and SiriusXM.
In 2024, her co-written song “Stoned,” written with Jeff Dayton, reached #1 on Texas radio after being recorded by country artist Case Hardin. She is currently recording a new Americana EP with producer JK Gulley.
She is also the founder of Evermore Guest House, a design-forward vacation rental and creative retreat in Prince Edward County, a place shaped by music, experiential living, and joy.
